See what a study looks like.
These four views come from a real study of one software category, with vendor names replaced by letters. The first shows the Newbridge Advocacy Score. A client study names your company and the competitors you choose.
Who do customers rate highest?
Each vendor's Newbridge Advocacy Score from its own customers' evaluations, from highest to lowest, with its share of promoters and detractors. In a client study your own company is highlighted.
Who wins customers from whom?
How many customers said in public evaluations that they moved to or from each vendor.
How do customers see the price?
How each vendor's customers who mention price describe it: fair, cheap or expensive.
A client study adds three things.
- Your company named, next to the competitors you choose
- The reasons behind every number, in customers' own words
- Recommendations on what to change, and a refresh to show whether customers' views moved after you acted
